Once the customer submit an order he will receive a first e-mail confirming that the order has been correctly received (but not still "CONFIRMED") : orders are "CONFIRMED" only when the customer receive our "Order confirmation" e-mail.

All the prices on this site are inclusive of 20% Italian VAT. For customers outside Italy EC (European Community) rules for the VAT payment are as follows :

This special warranty applies only to PCBs when the customer asks for shipping by Express Courier (like SDA or DHL) with a delivery time of 24 or 48 hours.
Millennium Dataware will ship the PCBs as follows :

Products are shipped within 24 hours from the order if available in our warehouse. If the product is not available you will be contacted by e-mail or by phone to let you know the date of shipping. Every shipping is subject to a payment of a contribution fee by the customer depending on the weight of the purchased products and to the type of payment choosen (C.O.D. payment has a higher shipping cost than the normal shipping we use for Credit Card payments) that you can clearly see when you decide to confirm the shopping cart content and proceed to checkout. As an example, if you are in Spain and you pay by Credit Card (we don't accept COD payments outside Italy), you will pay only Euro 14.03 with DHL (delivery next working day).

Complaints for possible tampering during the transportation of the goods must be immediately reported to the carrier when the goods are received and Millennium Dataware must be informed within 8 days from the receiving of the goods. After 8 days the complaint will not be accepted.

If you are a company and you would like to receive an invoice please write the complete VAT-ID on the "NOTE" during the checkout procedure (also read the VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE under the Prices section). Otherwise a normal fiscal check will be issued.

Orders are accepted for payments with :

Credit card transactions are only made on the Banca Sella's Secure Server (leader e-commerce Credit Card secure services in Italy) with protected connection using SSL3.0(Secure Socket Layer). The SSL protocol ensures discretion and privacy to Internet communications using a complex data cipher. This system allow to Client/Server applications (like Credit card transaction) to communicate avoiding intrusions, tampering and forge of messages.
It's fundamental functions are 3 :

Every products have one year warranty. In the case of Printed Circuit Boards we are responsible for the correct interpretation of the Gerber and NCDrill files you provide for manufacturing : if the PCBs don't reflect your drafts exactly we will replace them with no charge. Since we make no electric test on our printed circuit boards, our products will be replaced if defective in manufacture or packaging. Except for such replacement, this product is sold without warranty even though defect, damage, or loss is caused by negligence or other fault.

Customer has the right to reced (money back warranty) within 10 days from the receiving of the goods following the procedure in the paragraph "How to return the goods". The right to receding and the right to return the goods don't apply to our PCB service because they are products manufactured on customer's design. For the PCB all the other warranties apply and also the special "24 hours or the PCBs are free" warranty. If the customer wants to return the goods, the products must be intact and in the original box. The refund applies only to the price of the product without any shipping cost, and will be done from Millennium Dataware Srl within 14 days from the receiving of the goods using bank transfer or money-order depending on the customer's need. Obviously, if we ship the wrong product, the shipping costs are totally covered by Millennium Dataware. After the return of the goods the customer can choose to accept the correct product or receding from the order.

To return a product it is necessary to send a request by e-mail ( info@mdsrl.it ) or by fax ( ++39 0131 958775 ) and obtain an authorization from Millennium Dataware Srl. When you'll have our athorization (next business day) the customer must ship the goods within 30 days. Shipping must be done using a Carrier that gives a tracking number to the shipping (ask your local Post Office if they can make a "Trackable" shipping). The goods must be shipped to the addres at the top of this page. In the box you will use for the shipping insert a paper with your data and the return address.

The order can be cancelled within 24 hours from the receiving of the "Order confirmation" e-mail if the goods are not already shipped, and, in the case of Printed Circuit Boards, if the manufacturing is not already started (usually within 18 : 6 p.m.).. The customer must send an e-mail ( info@mdsrl.it ) or a fax ( ++39 0131 958775 ) if the order must be cancelled.

Informations and data regarding you (the customer) and the orders you made are considered strictly confidential. Millennium Dataware doesn't give to any other the information stored in his database. All your data will be used only by Millennium Dataware to send you information about new products and services and/or promotions regarding our products if you don't express the will to not receive those kind of messages (newsletter) from Millennium Dataware.

Millennium Dataware Srl, as the owner of your personal data, guarantee the maximum privacy to your data and the full respect of the 675/96 italian law and 171/98 D.Lgs. and further modifications. As the "Art. 10" of the 675/96 law says, regarding the protection of the personal data belonging to persons and other individuals (such as companies), the personal data will be also treated with the use of an electronic Database and with the help of third parts connected to the comapany organization, only for strictly commercial purposes (to issue and register the invoices, to check and register for the payments and for the normal administration of the website and the database). The full list of third persons nominated by Millennium Dataware and the text of the art. 13 n. 675/96 law can be asked by e-mail (info@mdsrl.it). The customer can access, correct, integrate, cancel or oppose as the art. 13 L. 675/96 law says asking directly to Millennium Dataware. Compiling the digital order form, the customer, express its agreement to the treatment of his personal data. If the data he will provide will be proved to be false the order will not be processed.
