NCDRILL File missing

NC Drill file is missing or not proper format. Most common is gerber drill drawing is sent instead of ASCII text NC drill format file. Please refer to our CHECKLIST in the section NCDRILL FILE for further informations.

No Tool Size

The drill tool sizes are not included in any of your files.

Cannot convert EAGLE .brd file

The file does not work with Eagle for the conversion service. the error that Eagle gives is: Load Error 289 ... check that the file has not been edited with an illegal copy of Eagle.

If the file doesn't work is better for the customer to generate Gerber files.

No apertures (d-codes)

The file is in format RS274D (with no embedded apertures) and the aperture file is missing or doesn't contain the necessary information. Please check the output files of your cad to find the aperture/d-code list.

Outline missing

The board shape outline is not indicated in any way in no layer and it's impossible for us to determine an outline.

Missing Gerber

A REQUIRED FILES is missing. Please check the output files of your cad to find it.

ZIP file is empty

Please REZIP your file and resend it using our e-mail address.

No text on single layer board

No text was placed to identify the correct orientation of the copper layer (top or bottom). Add some text as indicated in the CHECKLIST under the section SINGLE SIDED BOARD (1 Layer)

One or more Drill size is too small

Please refer to our DESIGN RULES under the section ANULAR RING AND MINIMUM DRILL SIZE.

Clearances are too small

Please refer to our DESIGN RULES under the sections SPACING and TRACK WIDTH
